ADULT AWARDS EVENING We will be singing Get Happy and the Rhythm of Life. Please spend some time getting to know the words in the Rhythm of Life as there are so many of them! Only 21 singers have signed up so far so if you haven’t yet, please reconsider – a few extra voices will make all the difference.

UNIVERSITY OF KENT ARTFEST 2007, Saturday 2 June, University Canterbury Campus Daniel W has recently been elected the President of the Music Society of University of Kent where he is reading law. The main event of the society is the annual ArtsFest which this year takes place on
Saturday 2 June.
In the afternoon student societies, local schools and community groups perform music and drama of every kind on the stages around the campus. Beer, barbecues, candyfloss, popcorn and ice cream are on sale. In the early evening an outdoor concert by the University’s Concert Band and Big Band. In the evening a choice of an Opera Gala / Prom Concert by the University Music Society in Eliot College Hall, or a star-studded show in the Gulbenkian Theatre, or dance to a DJ on the outdoor stage. The evening will end with a firework display followed by dancing ‘til midnight! |
